- For your safety, please ensure you are positioned in a safe zone while waiting for our tow truck operator:
- If you’re travelling with us: Please enter the tow truck as soon as the operator arrives, fasten your seatbelt, and remain inside the vehicle until advised otherwise.
- If you’re not travelling with the vehicle: Please stay at least 20 metres away from the tow scene or move to another safe location that poses no risk. Alternatively, you can hand the keys to the operator and leave the area once it’s safe to do so.
- If you don’t have water with you and your ETA exceeds the time you can comfortably wait without a drink, please contact our team. We have service vans positioned throughout South East Queensland, and we’re more than happy to divert one to you to ensure you remain hydrated and comfortable while waiting.
