As the Yard and Logistics Coordinator, you are to take charge of our holding yard operations. This hands-on role is crucial in maintaining an organised, safe, and efficient yard while ensuring top-tier service to customers and stakeholders.
key responsibilities:

Oversee yard organisation through both manual labour and forklift operation
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry and booking processes
- Ensure smooth communication flow between customers and internal departments
- Proactively solve problems with a customer-focused mindset
- Build strong relationships with drivers, customers, and law enforcement
- Keep the yard clean, orderly, and secure through routine inspections
- Work with stakeholders such as insurers, police, and clients as required
what we’re looking for:

Previous experience in towing, automotive, logistics, or yard management (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of vehicle storage regulations and industry practices
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Proficient in basic computer and data entry tasks
- Valid driver’s license and forklift licence – essential
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with effective communication
